Yapta allows you to score the best deal by taking advantage of volatile airfare pricing. It allows you to tag the trips that you want or are targeting, and then the service tracks the prices and alerts you when prices drop. Even after buying the ticket, Yapta continues to track the prices and informs you when the prices drop so you can get a refund or travel credit, which is actually alien to most people.

The whole concept of YAPTA got started when Ryan Allsop of Bellingham, WA asked his brother Brett for an easy way to find when prices drop from the flights that he wants. His brother looked into it and found out that there was no easy way to do it, but decided that he could build a software that could. So he called on his colleagues from fogdog.com and Tom Romary, Eric Andersen and Amy Terrell joined in to help and Yapta was born.

Although still a beta product, it is now open for service for the public starting this summer, enthusiastic travelers can now take advantage of the Yapta service and find the Best Travel Deals.
