Last week, I forgot something. When I asked you to use your passports and fly off to Sweden in order to have the experience of a lifetime, I forgot to give you the chance to take it a step further and have an extreme adventure that you will never forget.

Xero AB is offering the first zero-gravity flights from Kiruna, 200 kilometres north of the arctic Circle. Passengers can defy gravity 15 times during the 90-minute trip.

Founded in 2002, Xero offers a series of four flights which are scheduled 2 or 3 times a year, with only 12 passengers per flight.

Experiences such as this do not, obviously, come cheap. A weekend Kiruna package costs from 9,615US$ and up, depending on your preferred amenities. Included in the package are: a zero gravity ride, dinner with the pilots and technicians, a personalized DVD of the flight (beats showing off pictures to your friends and family!), visits to the Ice Hotel and your choice of amenities.
