Winter Sale to Europe

Since you would be needing a passport to travel to neighboring countries in 2007 anyway, I suggest that you get that passport more mileage and travel all the way to Europe instead.

You can ski in the Alps and/or travel around the cliché European towns sans the tourist crowd and minus the standard price.

Major airlines are putting up fares from the USA to various European destinations up for sale this winter.

Swiss Winter Web Fares to Europe is available only online for passengers departing between December 25 2006 and March 31, 2007. Fares are RT and include taxes, fees and charges. Check the destinations and their corresponding prices here.

Lufthansa Winter Sale to Europe is available for travelers departing between December 28, 2006 and March 31, 2007. You need to purchase your tickets by the 9th of January, though. Check it out here.
