You can head over to South America, Asia or Europe this season. Wherever you may decide to go, you will definitely find some ways to stretch that dollar. Another option for budget travelers is to save yourself the cost of international airfare and travel within the US.
Why not travel to any (or all, even) of what MSN calls the Top 10 Underrated US cities? I bet that since those cities are underrated, the prices would fit budget travelers' pockets.
