No, I am not going to start talking about a contest which thousands of other wanna-be travelers would probably enter as well. Instead, I am going to tell you ways to travel to Europe for a very small amount... so small that it may even seem free.

Let's start...

To get to the continent, you can AirHitch. It's like hitchhiking but on airplanes instead of cars. You have to be flexible, though.

And when you arrive in Europe, you can just continue hitchhiking. Read this for some precautionary measures when hitchhiking in Europe.

Now, where to sleep... no need to pay for accommodations. You can couchsurf or, when desperation hits, you can sleep in airports. Or, if you know someone who knows someone, call in a favor and ask to sleep on their couch.

Sightseeing for FREE is also possible, you know. You can check out churches, parks and some museums. Interact with The Locals will be interesting, too.

Unfortunately, you need to cough up a bit to make sure that you do get some food in your body so you have the energy to travel around.

Now, now, don't just go and expect to get everything listed up there easily. You need to plan in advance and do your research. Otherwise, you have no chance in this world to get something for free.
