The Pure in Frankfurt

I can't believe I missed this hotel. It's just a stone's throw away from my flat!
Anyway, hotelier Micky Rosen renovated a 19th century loft into a "minimalist sanctuary" with 50 guest rooms, all in white and in full contrast of the parque floors, blacked fitted desks and tall headboards; each room boasts of a 20" LCD flat screen TV and internet access, among others. After a tiring day at the Frankfurt Messe or touring around Hessen, you can relax at the in-house sauna or have a steam bath.
"The lobby, the breakfast room, the bar and the lounge form a harmonic open space known as the "Living Room". The choice of exclusively light coloured materials such as white leather, Thassos marble, white lacquer and light grey floors allow the building and its structures to recede into the background and directs the focus to the energy and activity within the space. Lighting and music are skilfully implemented to enhance the experience. Mornings are filled with soft illumination and tunes to create an ambience of calm vitality. At night The Pure transforms into an oasis full of energy, underscored by vibrant orange-coloured visual effects. The Pure's patio is an extension of this communicative space. Its Timbertech decking is outfitted with oversized Fatboy bean bags, fountains, bamboo
, mirrors, and stairs designed for comfortable sitting rather than climbing." The next time you're in the city, book at the Pure and give me a holler!
Thanks to Wallpaper for the heads-up.
