Southwest Airlines Blog
Nuts about Southwest, the official blog of Southwest Airlines, was recently launched and has been getting lots of attention online. It's a blog about Southwest employees, customers, airplanes and airports.
It's a great initiative for an airline to show what is behind the scenes. Perhaps, people (customers in particular — whether satisfied or not) will get a better understanding of why things are the way they are. And, in return, maybe Southwest will consider what the readers/passengers are saying regarding improvements in service on this blog.
I am not surprised, though, that Southwest started a blog. It looks a lot like a follow-up of the book "Nuts! Southwest Airlines' Crazy Recipe for Business and Personal Success".

Anybody else having problems getting to southwest.com? Judging from the inconsistent DNS entries out there I’m guessing they moved their servers today.
