Schlosshotel im Grunewald will host the German World Cup players

That luxurious room in maroon (see pic) will soon see the likes of Klinsmann, Ballack and Kahn lounge around as the Schlosshotel im Grunewald hosts the German players for the World Cup 2006.

Schlosshotel im Grunewald is a small exclusive hotel in Berlin, interior designed by Karl Lagerfeld. Located in one of the posh, residential areas of Grunewald, Schlosshotel is far away from the noise of the city and yet, near enough that you can quickly get to the central locations through the Autobahn.

All of the 54 guest rooms are, as mentioned, designed by Karl Lagerfeld, with air condition, telephone lines, W-Lan access and equipped with TV, video and stereo.

You can bet your bottom dollar that the German players will head for the in-house Spa after each game.

Check it out! Although, you would have to wait after the World Cup in order to get a booking.
