Propeller Island City Lodge in Berlin

Have you ever woken up, looked around and wondered "Where am I?" Whenever I wake up in a strange place (like my hotel room), there are moments when I need a second or two to remember my surroundings and location.

That is pretty normal.

However, if you wake up in any of the rooms over at the Propeller Island City Lodge, you'd probably scream bloody murder because everything around you looks strange. Precisely because, it IS strange.

At Propeller Island City Lodge, you'd be living in a work of art created by German artist, Lars Strochen.

There's room #11 with a slanted floor and where the bed seems to be off the floor. Room #31 lets you sleep inside a coffin *shudders*. Room #26 will be perfect for those who might have been curious how it is to stay in a prison cell (you, weirdo!)

There's lots more. 42 more rooms, to be exact, where you can let your inner weirdness go.

Apparently, the location is as unique as the rooms. Unique probably means difficult to find. You can find the detailed directions here.

Weird is a little … Who would want to sleep in a prison cell ? I think this kind of people aren’t normal.
