CNN reports,

I do listen to Podcasts. But as much as I love toting my iPOD around wherever I go, I still prefer a guidebook when I travel. Nothing could come close to the comfort a dog-eared, highlighted pages of a book could offer a lost, tourist me.
I guess, even in travelling and gadgetry, we all still have varying preferences.
Rather than packing a weighty guidebook into your already heavy luggage, you can now download a city tour using your mobile MP3 player, such as an iPod.
The technology, known as podcasting, involves downloading audio content from the Internet, and is being lauded by the travel industry as an upcoming trend for globetrotters.

I must be the only person on the planet without an iPod. I just listen to the voices in my head instead.

No biggie, Kris! I think I would have had the same satisfaction if I had a walkman or discman on. hehe
