Neat health service for travelers

Most travelers can share their own story of how scary it is to be in a health Emergency in a foreign place. On top of the emergency itself, you often have to deal with a language barrier and not having many of the familiar resources of home.

There is a now service called Securamed that offers personal health management in combination with instant translation of one's medical record into other languages. This way, no matter where you are or what happens to you, your entire medical history follows you and can be understood by any doctor.

So the next time you fly to China on business or go to Mexico on a family vacation, it might be a good idea to have a SecuramedCard on you. This might be especially useful for elderly or chronically ill people, although nobody is unfortunately completely safe from emergencies yet.
