vacation possibilities

Yearly, some financial magazines do their research and declare some cities as the most expensive in the world, with Japanese and European cities topping the list.
With exchange rate to think of -- especially with the current dollar-euro rate -- Americans do think twice, unless there is money to burn, before that Intercontinental vacation is booked.
Many have opted to give their passports and wallet a rest by staying home. However, if one's travel budget need a little bit more attention, one might want to check out the varying cost of prices in different cities all over America first.
SoYouWanna has listed the 10 most expensive cities (with 1 as the most expensive) as:
10. Seattle, Washington
9. Ann Arbor. Michigan
8. Fairbanks, Alaska
7. Los Angeles, California
6. Philadelphia, PA
5. San Diego, California
4. Anchorage, Alaska
3. Juneau, Alaska
2. Boston, Massachussets
1. New York, New York
Note that a few good deals can be found online so it may still be worth checking those cities out, even if budget dictates otherwise.
