All-business airline MaxJet has discontinued it's services and filed a Chapter 11 Bankruptcy last December 24. The airline cited fuel prices as the reason behind the drastic measure.

For passengers awaiting a return flight between New York and London, MaxJet has contacted Eos Airlines to accommodate your return flight. For those traveling between London, LA and Vegas, you will be contacted (based on MaxJet's letter) regarding flight re-accommodations. For unused tickets, you are advised to seek a refund from your credit card or Travel agency.

Hotel rooms in London, New York, Vegas and LA have been secured by the airline through early January 2008, for passengers affected by MaxJet's action.
