Library Hotel in New York

In this age of high-technology and with the prevasive use of the internet, I still find joy (and time) in going to the library to sit down and enjoy a good book.

Now, should you feel the same and find yourself faced with a trip to New York, I have something great to recommend…

The Library Hotel, a gorgeous 60-room boutique hotel that offers its guests over 6,000 books organized throughout the hotel by the Dewey Decimal System. It's located on 41st St. just East of Madison Ave. Midtown Manhattan amidst New York City's most prestigious shops restaurants, offices, theater and culture.

Obvious from it's name, the hotel has areas where guests can pick up a book and read as they would in a library. And like in most libraries, computer stations and high-speed Internet access can also be found here. A plus for business travelers.

And the rooms are something to gush about, as well.

Check out the official hotel site, for more information. And hey, Library Hotel even has an entry on wikipedia!
