southwest airlines recently announced their new "Business Select" class. Instead of waiting in line before boarding, business travelers can now save time (but not money) by opting for the Business Select class.
Instead of the open seating policy for normal Southwest travelers, Business Select flyers' seats are reserved and can board the plane ahead of the others. Ofcourse, this service is more expensive than the normal fares for open seating.
Southwest's Business Select started last November and is aimed for business travelers who books late and pays more.
