Hotels give away Gas coupons
With the cost of gas, it is not surprising that a lot have decided to cancel their summer vacation plans. Several sites, just like flyaway, have been posting several tips on how to save gas, in order to encourage (or help) people to continue with their travel plans.
Hopefully, this would help others in staying within their budgets, should they decide to go on a road trip this season.
As seen on Travel Post, it seems like another sector of the travel industry is trying to get people out on the road. Hotels all over the US are offering gas vouchers or gift cards for guests who stay for at least 2 nights, between Sunday and Thursday.

Try and call the hotels within the area where you plan to go. They might have a similar offer.
