Flight health risks under scrutiny as "high-profile cases of passengers dying from deep-vein thrombosis after travelling long distance has prompted fears of a link between the condition and air travel".
Nothing has been proven yet. However, rather than risk your health, it is better to ensure that your flight is healthy and illness free by following DVT health advisories and/or wearing DVT socks.
