Budget Accommodations
by Lisa Marie Mercer on April 24, 2008

Whether you are planning summer travel for your family or for a group of friends, you are no doubt exploring hotel options. Needless to say, you have probably noticed that booking multiple hotel rooms can be a bit pricey. When you factor in meals eaten at restaurants, even a vacation at a budget hotel can be expensive. There's got to be a better way! Fortunately, there is. It's called a vacation rental.
For less than the price of two hotel rooms, you can rent a vacation home or large condo. These come with full kitchens, so you can save a few bucks by cooking in. Since vacation rentals are in homes, as opposed to hotels, you don't have to worry about being disturbed by noisy neighbors who think that vacation means partying until the wee hours of the morning. For piece of mind and balance of budget, consider a Vacation rental.

We are heading to California for a few days (5) and rather then reserve a hotel with the same old same old amentitie and throngs of people we will be staying at a Bed&Breakfast. It is a little bit cheaper and it feels like home away from home.
