Okay, okay, Oslo, Paris, Copenhagen, Denmark, London, Reykjavik, Zurich, Frankfurt and Helsink made it to the most expensive cities list but there are a lot more European cities (Lisbon, Prague and Athens, among others) which are a lot friendlier to a budget traveler's wallet.

Spring travel in Europe is much more affordable than peak season. But, as was posted earlier, the best deal financially is to hunt for winter packages offered by many travel and hotel sites. Spring travel is much more affordable everywhere since most of the peoples leave are during the summer. The good thing is that the landscapes do not change every year and you can see during the spring something that you can see during the summer only on a higher price…
