Da Vinci Code Tour
Filed in archive vacation possibilities on May 12, 2006
When I first read the Da Vinci Code in early 2004, I could not put it down. What made it even more mesmerizing was the fact that I have already visited all the locations where the action took place. It made the story seem more real.
With the release of the movie Da Vinci Code, travellers are now going gaga over visiting the locales to trace the path of Robert Langdon. Crazy!
Should you want to hit two birds with one stone this summer by cracking the Da Vinci Code on your own via touring around Europe, you might want to take a look at these tours which are specifically planned for inspired travellers who would like the complete Robert Langdon experience:
Paris Muse offers you to Explore The Da Vinci Code in Paris. You can get a private museum tour inside the Louvre and/or join in a walking tour of book-related locales in Paris.
Fodor's A Da Vinci Code Tour is the most comprehensive I have ever seen. It even takes you to ALL the locales featured in the book. You have to arrange/book them yourself but it does give you detailed descriptions of where to go and what to book, with detailed references to scenes in the book. A perfect guide for the fanatics.
Travel Hub's The Secret of the Da Vinci Code Tour is the perfect answer for those who would rather have an agent arrange everything. It's a 15-day escorted tour which will take you from Rome to Milan, Geneva, Paris, London & Edinburgh.
Bring the Da Vinci Code to life and book the tour that suits you and your budget!
