Getting around in Paraguay is relatively cheap (in comparison to prices back home), whether you choose to go by bus or taxi.

If you go by BUS, you can even bargain for a cheaper price. Just make sure that you do it shortly after the driver starts his engine.

Need an even cheaper option? Hitch a ride. It's free and hitchhiking is safe in Paraguay. Most vehicles would stop to pick up a hitch hiker on the road.
