Budget Zoom UK to Serve New York

Zoom UK is the sister company of Canadian low-cost Zoom Airlines. Its first route will be a daily service between London Gatwick and New York-JFK Airports which is scheduled to start on June 21, 2007.

Bookings for the flight started last week with prices from £129 one-way and £229 return, including taxes.

Before the US crowd starts rejoicing, I am sorry to inform you that for now – due to the US Department of Transportation regulations — ticket sales is currently not possible for residents of the United States.

Let's all hope that US residents will soon be able to take Zoom Airlines.

An easy way to find airline tickets is http://www.momondo.com

Momondo is a search tool that helps you find cheap flight tickets on the net.
Momondo sends your request to more than 180 different internet sites, including all low cost carriers in Europe and many online travel agencies, giving you access to the fares of 600 airlines.

Momondo does not sell tickets but provides links to websites and airlines that do.

I prefer to use http://www.viviro.com/ when I search for cheap flight. Viviro.com compares prices from traditional carriers, lowcost and travelagencies.
By far the best site I have ever used.
And the best thing is that is does not cache prices as sites like Momondo does.
