Budget Travel Blogtipping

It's blogtipping day today over at Successful Blog. I joined the bandwagon and did a business travel blogtipping day over at RoadGladiator.

However, here at Flyaway-Weblog, I am going to do something that is a little bit different. Instead of singling out my favorite budget travel blog/bloggers, I have decided to blogtip just a few of my favorite budget travel entries instead.

Not counting the usual suspects (entries from famous blogs), here are three of my favorite budget travel entries:

It may not provide specific advice on where and how to Save Money while traveling but it sure does give travelers an idea on how to behave and prepare for budget traveling.

My blog tip: Imagine how even more interesting the entries would be when you start travelling?!

Money Saving Travel Tips from Flyaway Cafe.

It's a whole category of tips on how to save your moolah. You'll find yourself nodding while you read some of the tips.

My blog tip: We are waiting for more!

How We: Paid for Everything from the Lost Girls

It answers the question of many wannabe-budget travelers, "how, oh how were you able to afford it?" A lot actually have doubts about taking the plunge because they thought that they would have to sell their souls in order to afford to travel… yes, even on a budget.

My blog tip: Nothing. Just continue to have fun and tell all of us about it.

Major Travel Planning: A Five-Part Series from Young and Broke.

It's one of the best BudgetTraveling101 I have read. It covers just about everything that one has to think of. A must-read before heading over to travel site aggregators.

My blog tip: (more like, if it was me) I would have done away with Research as Part 1 since everything discussed could be placed under research.

    Nice entry. I really enjoyed the Lost Girls post.

    But which is my favorite? I would have to go with How to Travel from my blog – budgetglobetrotting ;)
