If you are reading this, chances are, you know your way around the internet. You may even have had experience booking your flight or hotel online. And if so, how often do you do it? Do you still talk to travel agents, knowing that you could actually scour the net for travel deals?
Actually, there are pros to both DIY booking and those done through a travel agent. And the Daily Candy has summarized it all in a short and funny article to give travellers an idea of when to call an agent and when to go solo.
Apparently, if you want to book a hotspot during the peak season and if you want special treatment, then go ahead and look for a travel agent. On the other hand, if money is an object, it is best to clickety click your way around the net for the best deal.
