Disney’s Aulani Resort: A New Timeshare Opportunity

Disney's Aulani Resort: A New Timeshare Opportunity

On August 29th, 2011, Disney's newest resort opened on Oahu's Waianae coast: Aulani, a Disney Resort and Spa. Designed by Imagineers to allow guests to enjoy the distinct culture of the Hawaiian Islands, while also providing many exciting activities and entertainment the whole family can enjoy, this unique resort (which includes a section of timeshare villas that are part of Disney Vacation Club) is a truly spectacular new addition to the Disney resorts family.

Located just 17 miles from Honolulu International Airport and half an hour from Waikiki, Disney's Aulani Resort offers 359 hotel rooms including 16 suites. Hotel rooms and suites offer features like flat-panel televisions, DVD players, soaking tubs, private porches or balconies, small refrigerators and as many as two bedrooms. For those visitors looking for something a little more spectacular, there are the 460 timeshare villas including 21 Grand Villas. Each timeshare villa offers private balconies, flat panel TVs in each bedroom and whirlpool tubs. And the one, two and three bedroom/bathroom villas have full kitchens and washers and dryers; plus, they are so spacious it's like staying in your very own apartment overlooking paradise.

All the timeshare villas at Aulani are available for sale or rent, and I highly suggest renting one out to experience the place for yourself. Because owners get first pick of the units and dates, it's sometimes necessary to check the resale market for Disney timeshare rentals. Usually it doesn't cost any more to rent from an owner than straight from the resort and sometimes it's actually cheaper.

Outside of the villas and suites, guests will find a gorgeous white sandy beach, 2 swimming pools, 4 Jacuzzis, a lazy river and a wildlife conservation pool for a complete tropical experience. The resort developers also wanted their guests to enjoy the unique offerings of the islands, so they created 5 different programs called "Discovery Experiences" to help them do just that. These programs include "Treasures of the Sea" which allows families to sail on catamarans, snorkel in the ocean, kayak and learn to surf with instructors guiding them along the way.

Out of all the large Hawaiian resorts right now, this is by far the most spellbinding, and it's no wonder since Disney has been creating quality resorts for decades. If you're going to Hawaii any time soon, you'll have to check this resort out. You can find out more by checking out Disney's website: http://resorts.disney.go.com/aulani-hawaii-resort/. If you want to book a rental, try renting one from a timeshare owner rather than through the resort itself as it's often cheaper that way. Check out a for sale/for rent by owner company like SellMyTimeshareNOW and compare prices: http://www.sellmytimesharenow.com/disney-aulani-resort-and-spa/ .
